A、Complete production tasks on time and in full quantity as required by the workshop supervisor, and fulfill daily and monthly production tasks;

A、 Program all molds requiring CNC, EDM, and Y-CUT machining according to the production task;
B、Provide technical guidance and training to machine operators;
C、 Calculate the production capacity requirements based on the production plan to ensure sufficient supply of procedures;
D、Reasonably arrange the priority order of the procedures required for processing workpieces in each process;
E、Machining program, tool path optimization, and improvement of machining process.

5. Mold assembly fitter: A、Over one year of experience in plastic mold assembly, proficient in using machining equipment and various measuring tools;
B、Possess certain mechanical common sense and knowledge in drafting;
C、Able to understand part drawings and assembly drawings;
D、Be able to correctly follow safety operation procedures. 7. Injection molding machine maintenance technician (Haitian): A、Equipment operation and maintenance support: Responsible for daily patrol inspection and spot inspection of Haitian injection molding machines and supporting auxiliary equipment (robotic arms, mold temperature machines, feeding machines, etc.), strictly implementing daily/monthly/annual maintenance specifications to ensure stable equipment operation; B、Emergency fault handling: Quickly diagnose and repair faults in the hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems of equipment (such as oil leakage, unstable pressure, fault codes, mold jamming, etc.), minimize production downtime, and ensure daily production targets are met; C、Preventive maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for equipment, regularly inspect key systems such as heating, hydraulic, and transmission systems, promptly replace wear parts, reduce failure rates, and extend equipment service life; D、Technical support training: Provide training for injection molding operators on equipment operation, daily spot checks, and simple fault handling, standardize operational procedures, and reduce human errors; E、 Spare parts and document management: Responsible for the requisition, storage, and inventory of spare parts, establishing a minimum inventory warning for spare parts; completing maintenance work orders, maintenance records, and failure analysis reports, and archiving equipment technical files; F、Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety operation procedures, identify potential safety hazards in equipment, and participate in workshop safety training; work with a valid low-voltage electrician certificate and comply with the 5S management requirements of the factory; G、Other duties: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as equipment modification and upgrading; complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors. 6. Foreign Trade Specialist: A、Handle customer orders, track the entire order process, follow up on customer resources allocated by the company, maintain existing customer relationships, handle order follow-ups for existing customers, and increase sales from existing customers; B、Contact factories and customers, handle various issues involved in the export process, be responsible for tracking order payments, and assist in handling customer complaints; C、Responsible for organizing, summarizing, and archiving relevant materials related to order tracking; D、Develop new markets and customers through social media, exhibitions, company historical resources, and other means; E、Responsible for receiving clients during visits, participating in exhibitions, visiting clients, expanding new channels, and acquiring new clients.
